Binding key on mouse bannable?

I have no background in MMORPG games and generally in  fast pace button pressing games. 

I have searched in Reddit and a lot of other BNS dedicated sites but none of them is answering clear to my question.

So i ask , can you bind with a 3rd party application a keyboard button (TAB for me )  to a mouse button ( e.g. Button 4)?

I dont expect a program as an answer but if it is bannable or not cause binding keys may result in problems

(e.g. binding a full combo) since it is a PvP oriented game .

It's not. The game is often bragging how everything and everyone and their mother can be bound, and that is like a part of it. In fact, no one's gonna find out either. So don't worry about it.
