Rebooting your computer might make it work.

This bug seems to happens each time i launch the game more than once by computer session (turning the computer on > Launching the game > playing the game  > quiting the game > relaunching the game > BUG ) something to check.

If it's the same case for everyone, try not to leave the character selection at least. as another solution
