no delay chat, but cant do anything

no connections problem, no delay chat faction guild,whips,clan.. (only chat)but i cant take the quest from npc and cant hit anything :( i'm never stuck like this before
the 1st day when obt launched for free player really smooth, never getting crash when im download, login,or repairing client and doing quest also. please help me:(
