Anyway to achieve full screen?

Right now the full screen option give me fullscreen borderless, not true full screen. 

 

I can't find any in game setting, have anyone tried editing the config file for it?

It's actually a glitch, it's real full screen. To fix the glitch, simply alt-tab out and back in any time your mouse wanders outside of the screen.
