Cant name for 1st character making

First i'm so sorry for my bad English. 

The trouble is whenever i log to the game for the first time. I start to creat new character. Everthing is ok till the last step. I choose a server and type the name to complete. But i cant type any words in the namebox. I tried to unstall and downloaded the new launcher, cleaned and fixed registry problan with Ccleaner. My computer is used windows XP. 

Really need some helps, thank you !
