Pouche's disapeared and other items.

I had 3 dragon trade pouches yesterday and 23 stalker essence.
Now its all gone apart from 3 essence.

I got the 3 pouches from a quest that i'm not able to do again.

I also lost some element of training or w/e and some other items.

What kind of money grab is this?

Is there a ticket system for this shit?
