Disconnected from server.(3000)(132,10060) error

I can play this game for around 10-15 minutes, but usually if I windstride, join a dungeon etc, anything that goes to a loading screen, most of the time causes my game to display a message "Disconnected from server.(3000)(132,10060)". It's really annoying and I haven't found any fixes online for it -.- anyone have any ideas? http://imgur.com/72zjfXO This is what the error message looks like if anyone wanted to see it

Yep, I've got the same problem.

 

All was well yesterday before the maintenance, but today I can't play at all. I log-in, choose my character and right as soon as I finish loading I get the same, "Disconnected from server.(3000)(132,10060" message. It appears it happens anytime there's a loading screen as I even just tried to randomly mess with my options (Ex: Changing window mode to fullscreen) and as soon as it finishes loading I get the same message and the game closes.

Perhaps disabling windows firewall could work? I'm trying it now and it might be worth a shot.

Ive been having the same problem more so since this dang maint people saying it might be my internet, but even restarting it the problem still  is happening. could windows 10 have a factor in it?

I'm actually in Windows 10 as well. Not quite sure if this is playing a factor at all though, but it seems like we're all on the same OS and having the same problem.

Well I still crashed even with my firewall turned off, so it seems like Windows 10 could be the issue. I'm more than likely going to go back to Windows 8 just because Windows 10 always seems to have minor issues that impact games, gonna be a bummer reinstalling everything again but hopefully it's worth it :D

bns hasnt quite adapted to the os for windows 10 like my friend explained so the game gaurd  becomes a problem maybe they need to create a fix for the game, because alot of people are gunna  be quite angry if the d.cing keeps happening

Nah, I don't think it's singled out to Windows 10 based machines, I run Windows 7 x64 and I receive the same error. I put my firewall to off and still the same issue. Doesn't seem there is any news on this either since this game is pretty new. Hopefully it's just server instability and they'll get it fixed soonish. In the mean time, let's all read books! :D

That happens to me alot too, It started happening yesterday and i only get like 15min of playtime until it crashes again. then i have to wait in the queue for like 2 hours until the game launches and it happens all over again :'(

Im having the issue on windows 10, but my buddy is on windows 10 and has had 0 problems, doubt it has to do with OS

I highly doubt it's Windows 10 issue. My laptop works perfectly fine and it's running on Windows 10.

It is certainly not exclusive to Win 10, since I am using Win 7, and have been getting disconnected during loading screens from day one. Please fix this soon, NCSoft!

i have this issue on a win 7 machine with no firewalls active any help? i love the game but prolly will stop playing cause Dcing 8-10 times over a 6-8 hour period is frustrating over teh coarse of days, normally dc with the errors when opening menus i have noticed but sometimes just randomly

Well got same problem now.
Everything was running smoothly until I decided to install japanese voice pack >_< 
Ofc I couldn't make it running so I deleted it and since then game seems to, I dunno, ban me for modifying files?

I'm having the same problem as well just happened midnight today. getting that disconnected from the server.. was trying to look for solution as well but i couldn't find any. some post i read says just delete gameguard folder and restart launcher. but still no effect so i decided to reinstall the game.. it will take long hours to redownload the game for me. but im gonna take the shot but if still the same issue after re installing. i guess im going to leave the game. although i already like the game so much since i started playing 6 days ago. i manage to level 1-45 for 1 day cause of the excitement and hype. but now i feel disappointed and annoyed with that issue. Hopefully we could find solution for it. keep posting if anything sort out

Not exclusive to Win 10; playing this on both Win 8 and Win 7 and the error persists on both. It's the same you say, the loading screens MIGHT display the error, ONLY on loading screens OFC, and you never know when you're getting one when translating into newer areas.

 

I've had this problem since launch and it's not my connection.

Same. Been happening all day today. Increasing the priority for B&S did nothing. Reinstalling did nothing.  Really annoying/frustrating. About to give up on the game. :/

Suffering from constant DCs since yesterday, too. Win 10, but my husband plays on the same setup with no problems.  Same server, too. If I manage to get through character screen, I get DCed within seconds in game after that.

Well, I suppose it's good that I didn't pay for premium after all.

Windows 7, Not firewall nor antivirus, all my ports are controlled by myself(im IT engineer(well,  a IT  engineer  studen)), i have a 50 mb internet conexion whit optical fiber, my computer is a hight class computer whit 8 GB of DDR3 RAM, 4GB of VDDR5 VRAM, I7 4.0 GHz, etc... 
And  i still have the disconecion, ever 15-30 min, not other programm or game have a similar proble, and my internet connection is very stable.

My personal point of view as a IT Engineer of what is the problem:
Too Much, Excessive, Unnecesary, Heavy, Titanic And Monstrous SECURITY SYSTEM.
I'm not 100% sure but i strongly mind that the problem os these disconnections is the security system.
Is like the security is scanning and at the minimum of package collision, just close all connections, and force the game procces to shutdown, this is far to much, just see:
-Account Pass
-Pin code
-Ip Verification
And this is just the loggin, just think how massive would be the rest of the Security System
Because of this, I think the Security System would be the problem.
Security is good, but in game too much security would ressult in gameplay undesired interference.

Just see: i was thinking of speend money, call friends to play, that would speend money too, but now i'm not going to speend money in a game that i have too many problems to play, and sure i'm not going to call friends to a game that have that kind of problems, you can think i'm a single person, and doesn't affect, but just think how many people like me had the same problem and has choseen the same option as me, the players are your costummers, you can just ill-treat thay whit problems just because the security, this is a game not a bank, gameplay>security sience "happy costummer"=profit,  "unhappy costummer"="loss of profit"=loss  and to a business  profit>loss

I don't really think The Monsterous Security System is the problem, cause aion has the same thing. And it doesn't have a frequent Disconnections, It's their potatoe server.

I would also like to add that me and my gf are experiencing the same issue and error. I noticed that it didn't happen to us during our level'ing up stages from 1 - 45 during Jan to mid Feb. Around Launch period seemed fine. After second big patch (Valentines event and new dungeons) it happened here and there once a while, but after the 3rd patch! (8th floor mushin, Naryu Labryinth) It happened a looooot. Is occuring now probably 3 or 4 times within a span of 3-5hours of gameplay. >< Please fix this soon NCSoft thank you.

This didn't use to happen now it seems like it's happening so frequent for us.
