Pls.Wheel of fate dont work 2 day. I have 20-30 stalker essense. 

I can not turn it around

Are You sure, that you have enough space in Your inventory?

Have You tried simply relogging?

Does the wheel of fate have a green highlight around it when you walk up to it? We need some screenshots! 

 

If you see purple sparks that means others are spinning it. 

 

Also, if you havent done any of the quests there I'd advise that you try to do some?

Most likely the problem is that you have items in your overflow inventory (where items go when you don't have room to pick them up) this can be found at the bottom right of your screen. Hope this helps
