Bns DLC dont work

Hi everyone well in the game i received some crash then i decided to uninstall the game and install it again after that it told me,

another version of this product is already installed. I already uninstall every folder about bns but nothing work )= if anyone got a idea ...

i want play it again :3

No, The whole installer is freaking crap, don't jump to Support since they don't know jack shit either.

 

Had a Texture issue that was being ignored from BnS File Checker, Re-installed and same shit since BnS Has tons of "hidden folders and files".

The public files you need to delete are

 

C:\Program Files (x86)\NCSOFT

C:\Program Files (x86)\NCWest

 

]That should allow you to Re-install.

 

When Installing it back I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO PUT in the same folder your previous Bns game was, since if you had an issue there you will have it again. (Thanks NCSOFT for hidding your Config Files in the hidden folder). If you put it in a new folder the Installer will automatically Re-write the "Hidden Files" to the right Folder and will fix any issues.

 

All NCSOFT will say is "It's your Hardware" when the whole time it was they shitty way they did the setup.

already delete programe file NCSOFT and NCWEST  but it give the same messsage again. and i dont have any more folder bns maybe is hidden like u told it so sad i want play the game .
