Skill / Attack Delay.

Everything works fine on my game, runs with 80fps, no lag at all.
Once I start attacking or using any skills it has a 1-3 second(s) delay. I've seen in other topics that it might be related to Asus or something but haven't found any fixes.
My setup is:
Intel i3 4330 Processor
Gigabyte B85M-D3PH Motherboard
2Gb+4Gb Generic Ram on dual channel
Galax GTX750Ti OC Black Sniper Edition 2Gb Graphics Card
