Can we get a queue grace period?

Constantly myself and a few friends I play with have been getting swamped with game crashed everywhere from 10min to an hour into play time.

When we get a crash can we have at least a 5min grace period before we get thrown back into an hour+ long queue?

I think it would also be nice to have like 2 minutes to change characters or something. Kinda bugs me if my friend wants to play on our lower level characters and I have to sit in another 3 hour queue to do so...

acctualy on my server(master hong) the queue start at 16:30 (around 200 in queue) and end around 3:00 am (-5 est)

its been like this for 2 days

if ya try to log in at say 19:00 (around 3400 in queue) you gonna wait 3 or 4 hours

I agree with Nalfien. After waiting 2hrs to get in game i completed 1 daily quest then suddenly got disconnected from server while running on water lol. Tried to immediately log back in but now im in another 2hr que. I'm hoping i didnt get kicked just so a premium member could get in. Gonna just believe it was a random dc.
