Summoner - Awakened Rosethorn?

Hello just hit level 45 on my summoner and unlocked Awakened Rosethorn? It looks like an upgraded auto attack that is only available during Soulburn?

What is soulburn and, how does this spell work does anyone know?

 

Sorry if this has been asked already the search bar literally wont load for me, it flashes up for a second and disapears.

It's actually the skill that you are only available to use when under the Warlock's group buff.  Seeing as we don't have Warlock's yet, this is extremely vexing.

Wow so you are telling us that summoner have a useless skill well just perfect :'( that makes me real sad.

I hadn't realized that 45 was the cap and I kept wondering why the main quest stopped working, until I decided to clear my inventory by playing in the arena to get rid of all those annoying 'invitation' scrolls. Then I hit 45 and it makes sense, because the questline simply ends with no resolution because the content isn't there... That was more frustrating then a skill I was doing ok without anyways.

We are still quite a few patches behind the full game that is available in KR/CN so although we have content in the game we can't access yet, they're just implementing things pre-emptively.
