Can't get into Shadowstrike dungeon

So, I don't know if I am bugged completely out or what the heck is going on, but I can't seem to figure out how to begin Shadowstrike... I have been trying to get in, I really want to try and get the outfit from this dungeon but like I said.. I don't know if I am bugged out or if there is a solution or a step I didn't take in the game. 

 

Like do you have to do a quest line in the Scorching Sands to be able to part-take in the Shadowstrike dungeon? I skipped most of the questing in this zone, but I did main quest though and leveled by killing mobs.  

 

I am way past the main story line in a further zone and I don't know what the heck the problem is... it's getting really annoying that I can't find a solution.

Could be wrong but pretty sure a quest opens the entrance to it. did some looking and some are saying there's a daily upstairs

I see no daily mark on my map for the area... strange

you get in with the daily quest.

 

But, is it possible to start that dungeon without the daily ? Oo

you need to complete chapter 30 In main quest

 

then the daily will appear
