Disconnecting

On most loading screens I'm getting disconnected, and then I'd re-launch the game and it takes another few hours to get back in game. Also having a problem with the loading screen while going into the Bandit Hideout in everdusk I think the area is called. (I'm level 7) It disconnects me

I am having the same problem. It has only begun since the last patch. Before that I never had a DC issue and I played head start and every beta. Very annoying.

Yes only has started happening to me last patch as well

Tried that already. It checks all files but gets stuck at the usual downloading 85 bytes little problem. I just assume my client has no errors.

Maybe Anti-Virus? I know Norton is a real jerk sometimes, I'm not really tech savvy just trying to see if I can help x.x

My friend has the same issue. Playing in full screen reduced the amount of DCs she was experiencing but they were still there. If somebody has any ideas how to fix it, I`d be more than welcome to pass them along.

I'm having this same issue with almost every loading screen. I have to admit I'me that it isn't just me. Can we please get this fixed? I'm tired of playing for 10-15 minutes and then waiting for 40-60 minutes to relog...

Just tried to play on a new toon on one of the new servers (Yunwa) and the problems stopped. My ping has improved as expected. But of course, I can't transfer my main characters there because there's no server transfer yet.

Random disconnects while fighting, talking to an NPC, equiping items or just vendoring stuff.  Doesn't just happen on loading screens. Then when I try to play the game, I get a message that I'm already in the game and it boots me. Have to wait 5 min or so just to try and loggin again and then the queue. Like others, it happens only since the last patch. Cant really play with this going on.
