Grasping Roots skill?

I tried to use Grasping Roots on an enemy but it was not stunned. The description for the skill range was 16m but the enemy was less than 16m away from me.

Grasping Roots snares, not stuns. It was most likely resisted. Please keep testing before posting, the staff is swarmed with bug reports as it is.
