Wheel of Fate unusable

So, I'm not sure if the search function is just hidden in plain sight or there isn't one, but I've search the first 8 or so pages of this forum and couldn't find any other mention of my current dilemma.

 

I have plenty of Stalker Jiangshi's Essence but I cannot use the Wheel of Fate at all, this seemed to occur the moment I accepted an item from the Daily Dash's Mail (which I have been queuing and not accepting immediately) item named Naryu Coin. I have tried switching characters, closing the game and restarting the game, putting both ingredients in my stash, and even farming new Essence in which to use on the wheel. Nothing works.

 

Any ideas?
