Why wont the BnS launcher work.

Hey is there anyone that can tell me why my BnS launcher wont work. Is there some thing I am not doing correctly. If anyone has a solution to my problem please let me know.

Yas help with this problem please its still not loading. I click play and the launcher comes up but its blank, and I cant click file repair or anything... its just blank.
