Marketplace Temporarily Unavailable

Cannot access the marketplace, as it says it is 'temporarily unavailable' with a refresh button that does nothing. I tried both on Windows 7, and upgraded to a full windows 10 with full updates with the same issues on both OS. I cannot upload pictures (register) from inside the game as well. I can however view the character screen (F2).  Tried: 

 

1. Close all Internet Explorer and Windows Explorer windows that are currently open.
2. Reopen Internet Explorer.
3. Click the Tools button, and then click Internet options.
4. Click the Advanced tab, and then click Reset. ...
5. In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box, click Reset.

 

No luck, any other suggestions?  Seems ridiculous...

I am having the same problems as well.  Since launch and I did what you did above.

I have never been able to use the auction house at all. It appears empty to me and when I search nothing show up.

since NCSOFT didn't account for IE's security measures, here a quick hack:

 

go to Control Panel -> Internet Properties -> Security -> Trusted Sites

click on [Sites], and add "bladeandsoul.com" to the list

 

now you should be able to upload character images and access the marketplace.
