When i do some quest or dongeon, my game crash... i sent the bug to blade and ssoul.... can u help me plz

Many of us are having the same problem with little or no word from NCSoft regarding the issue. 

 

Some people have solved it by disabling some Razer or ASUS services. For the rest of us, we're being mostly ignored. That post is currently pinned at the top of the forums here.
