Crashes at end of loading bar

Pops up and says to run the Enable 3G Bat file (which I have)
I've lowered the resolution to 800x600
I've disabled all non- Microsoft services.

I've disabled my antivirus
What else can I do?

Oh and I've "repaired" Windows 2008 C++ blah blah

When  i create my char and try to start game i go to a loading screen the bar get at 75% and then it get stuck idk what do do the game keep freeze up.

I tried checking the box for processors under msconfig and selecting the correct memory then restarting just seemed to work after all that not sure what I did but all of a sudden it works
