Ive some issue that requires recording expertise

So i've been recording the game so far. and im using shadowplay. besides only being able to record it on desktop mode. when uploaded to youtube its extremely pixelated. 

 

Anyone tried recording it with shadowplay or any other one and experienced the same issue?

I record all my videos with Shadowplay and the quality is great, 1080p no problem. I'll link a video I made at the end of the post if you want to see the quality of it. What quality settings are you running with in Shadowplay and do you use any software to render the video after you're done recording it?

im using Sony vegas to render it. ill take a SS of the render settings just in case. for Shadowplay im using 40 bitrates. but if u look around in the channel. most videos are from 10-50 bit rates and all still have some pixelated parts. its always been buggin me since i started the channel.
