Buy NCoin : "Something went wrong on our end. (5300)"

Can anyone help me fix this problem ?
Everytime I try to buy NCoin via Paypal, I get this error.

lol... they dont give a **** trust me i bought 3x400ncoin serial

its been almost 48hrs and i still dont have it i even sent a ticket and no one is replying i 

so even if you manage to buy i doubt any ncoin will appear

im not having any reply and how is it even so hard to check my account about the ncoin if ever i had used it or not 

i did not use credit card to buy my ncoin so yeah there is no way i can get my money  back and they know it
