I heard about warlock class in asian or korean countries. When warlock gonna be release on NA/EU servers? And anybody know when the cap lvl will up to 50?

According to the known bugs it will be soon.

They said that the warlock weapons will keep dropping even though the warlock still isn't in the game.

It will be out when it has to be out. You can't rush on this things. Game has a timeline and you have to respect it,  because then major upgrades like legendary weapons appear and you need huge amounts of resources and didn't had time to get them yet, so please no rushes for classes/content.
