Bug quest chapter 22: wings of mushin, silver and gold

Hi...
I'm doing the chapter 22: wings of mushin, silver and gold, in the part I have enter in room, talk with NPC and out without take the book in the table. When i try back the door is closed and i cant open again...
This happen with someone??? What do u did in this case???
PLEASE, HELP!!! I dont want do another char :(

I did that too!, I tried relogging, tried leaving and entering the zones. you cant abandon the quest either, I need help!!!!
