yeah but without server transfers its not gonna be a big change for the queues. i doubt ppl will restart with new characters after already lvling this far. So basically for new players that join go in there.

I have a little problem, after launch I enter my PIN and it's all...

After this I see loading screen ~1h (Menu don't launch).

I play on EUW and  this worked for me:

Change to NA, enter pin, press accept, exit game and change back to europe.
