Destroyer - Can't Use Fury(lvl 36 Skill)

TL:DR I get to 36, get ability called Fury, can't use it. There is no button bound to it and no button I can bind to it. It is simply a ghost ability. Please help

Isn't it the 6th or 7th skill on the skillbar?  if i recall correctly (i've changed skillbinding) default key is C if u have changed it just adjust the keybinding from the options
