Zoomed in randomly and won't let me zoom out.

scroll or go to controls and change the zoom options for mouse.

I tried those and neither worked, it was stuck in the first person angle

I get this too. No response from NCsoft but given the reputation they have for... competency in managing games properly I don't expect them to do anything about it.
