The CPU may be quite problematic, but the game itself is very well optimised, so You should be g2g.

Actually the GPU is your bottleneck - it´s only slightly stronger than the integrated graphics in a skylake cpu.

 

Either way, you can definetely play with that setup - but you may want to settle with no AA and medium settings. Turn on FPS and watch your results. Aim for steady 60 FPS
