d4rth
This happens in fullscreen and windowed mode - my cursor will cruise right on over to my other monitor if I move it to the right far enough. My "duct tape" solution for this has been to use alt to position my cursor in the center of the screen, but it's getting annoying having to do this every time and I don't always remember. Has anyone found a workaround for this?
Menester
Try alt-tabbing few times, It happens to me when the game is not actually selected as an active window (2 monitors here too)
d4rth
Well I think the issue is the constant use of the Alt key to maneuver the mouse around the screen to click on various things. I'll keep this in mind, but just kinda seems like another duct-tapey issue. Hoping for a potential fix here somewhere down the line. Thanks for the input! :)
NCSOFT Lock6 Posted January 21, 2016 NCSOFT Share Posted January 21, 2016 Hi, This is a known issue, it's on the list! Personally, I've found that a quick alt-tab fixes it right away.
Ciudale
Run the game in exclusive full screen mode. Press "alt+enter" at the exact same time. When done correctly pressing window button doesn't have any effect. You have to do this every time you start the game. Also downside is that you can't quickly change to desktop since it doesn't run in borderless fullscreen mode any more.
Kurobon
I have this problem dramatically during PvP. I have 2 monitors, and somehow the game keeps losing mouse-capture. I find my cursor on the other monitor and it's not registering any of my mouse motion or clicks. It seems to happen when moving the mouse really fast. The game needs to be switched to use DirectInput, instead of trying to "trap" the mouse.
