disconnection in the loading screen

I'm disconnected from the server every time map change or attempt to enter a cave or dungeon, my pc run games graphics high and screens greater burden to this, the question is why is this ?, I can not continue the game . please help

i cant get in the game cause cause the bar stop loading at 75% and i disconnect :( pls help!!!
