Client not working

Hi, i clicked on the shortcut but nothing appears

but in task manager i can see the NClauncher process running, and nothing pops up

can some one help?

I have the exact same problem, I don't think we're alone as I've been searching for answers --- But so far, I haven't found a solution yet.

One of the suggestions is to completely uninstall the antivirus software (as it doesn't completely shuts off even if you disable it), but I mean, come on. Leaving my computer vulnerable for as long as I play this game? I haven't tried it but I certainly hope this is not a trade off that they're seriously asking.

firewall is turned off and i do not have anti virus installed
