I cant download the game Launcher keeps making me abort

Hello everyone 

I have an issue when i tried to download the game it says 

"The file cannot be installed.

Close  and reinstall.

C;/Program Files (x86)\NcWest/NCLauncher\Licence pak" 

Is there any way to fix it? 

Please HELP! :D

Hey AsumaSarutobi, you may need to turn off any virus software you have running while trying to install. Let us know if that works for you!

I'm having the exact same issue, but I don't have any antivirus software enabled.
