BnSCrash Report (need help)

Hello everyone, well I downloaded BnS and it ran pretty well, I created my character and all but when I pressed the start game button and waited to be connected to the server, the loading screen appeared and then the screen froze and I was taken out of the game. Later the crash report message appeared. Any idea why this is happening? Is there a solution or something I can do to solve it? Or, do I have to wait until the administrators find the issue and solve it?

I had the same problem.. do you own a MSI Motherboard or have the MSI Gaming APP Installed? I shut down the process in the task manager and it worked! Try it.

Thanks guys I'll try it out 'cause if this keeps going I might as well leave this game for good
