Ungsum's Hero quest prevents me from getting other daily quests.

So there's this lovely bug I discovered today that prevents me from getting daily quests from any NPC whatsoever. I don't know the exact origins on the bug, but I know I couldn't complete the requirements for that daily so I assume it started there. I initially abandoned that quest and got it back to see if it would fix but it didn't so I left it. 

 

But then every quest couldn't be obtained unless I abandoned some like the pop up said. However the issue now is my quest journal has absolutely zero quests to drop due to sacrificing them for new dailies and yet the bug still exists. So how am I supposed to do my daily quests from here on out?
