queue crashes and ncoin issues

multiple times i have waited 1-2 hours in queue, only for it to just close with no warning when i get down into the low 100's.  After getting quite frustrated with this i decided to go buy the cheap 5 dollar 7 day premium so i would have to wait in queue until they fix it.  But, upon trying to buy some Ncoins, the new window pops up, choose the 5 dollar pack, choose card, then it just does the loading bar and never goes anywhere.  So i can't play the game because queue crashing, and i can't even pay money to get past a problem that shouldn't be there.

 

i have also already done all suggested fixes for the queue crashing and it is still happening.
