Game Freezes My Computer Completely

Blade and Soul freezes my computer completely when i play and it happens randomly. It freezes to the point where i can not SHIFT+TAB or CTRL+ALT+DEL or anything of that matter i have to hold down my PC's power button in order to turn it off. I have tried reinstalling and closing popular applications that cause other people problems similar to mine and even tried finding if it was a malfunctioning driver or an outdated driver but no luck. I don't know why it does my specs are as follows. CPU: Intel Core i7 5930k, MOBO: Rampage V Extreme EATX, GPUs: 2 EVGA GTX 980 Superclock ACX 2.0 4GB, RAM: 64gb G.Skill Ripjaw Series DDR4 2400, CPU Water Cooling: Corsair H100i, HDD: 3TB Seagate Sata 6gb/s 64MB Cache. I have not had any similar problem with any other games i have played so far. This did not at all happen to me during the Beta, i very much enjoy playing this game and playing with my friends and wish to hopefully get this resolved, thank you. :)
