Faction quest by fishing lodge too hard to solo.

I can kill the NPC's no problem, that's not the issue.  The problem is that by the time you kill the npc's, they already respawn by the time you start looting one of the boxes.  There should be at least a 1-2 minute respawn timer on the destroyer NPC and her two escorts that doesn't start until all three are dead , the same should apply to the Cerulean Order base as well.

I don't see why grouping up should be the solution either.  Yes you can have one person distract while another takes the stones, but straight up killing the guards and taking the boxes undisturbed (unless another player passes by) should be a perfectly viable option also.
