Cannot purchase student pack

I wanted to buy the student pack to get a headstart in B&S, but when I press purchase, it says it is unable to. I have the necessary Ncoins, though.

had the same problem, i think it's a problem whith navgator, couldn't buy it with chrome, but I did it with internet explorer

I just tried it and it didn't work :(

Yeah I've used every browser possible. Chrome, firefox, IE, Safari, I get the same error message on all of them.
