Special effect while sprinting missing.

For some people (My friends included), when their character sprint, the special effects are missing (such as the dragon if KFM). On their screen, everyone else ave their sprint effects except for them. I even tested the possibility that it's their setting's problem but nope, even on my monitor, they have no sprint effect (they're just running with white lines from their hands). Anybody know how to fix this Issue? O:

It's a premium membership effect. Only shows if you pay da dough.

Yeah, ( my favorite is the FM's special effect) but it's only for premium membership ( it;s only a visual effect) ;-;

Only people with premium have the extra animation, although a toggle to turn it off would be nice too so you don't leave a "I WENT THIS WAY, COME KILL ME" trail for people to follow whileyou are trying to do faction dailies would be nice.
