Cannot purchase student bundle?

I purchased some 400 NCoins in order to buy a student bundle but when I click purchase (n.a) it says Purchase Unsuccessful. Please try again later. 

 

Anyone know why this is? It says I still have a balance of 400 NCoins in my account settings.

Smh. It's in the store, but they have technically removed it. I've had that issue for 3 weeks. Guess they want us to buy the other one. NOPE.
