Can't process any actions

Hi All,

 

Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing an issue when you've logged into the game, you cannot interact with any NPC's, Perform and attacks, and modify your inventory/mail and stuff but you can run around and see chat flowing through as normal although cannot send whispers to other users? My character also gets stuck if i try going through a portal.

 

I'm in Australia and get this frequently at around 9pm (GMT+8) onwards.
