E02018 I cant get pass the Godloving Update

Hello, I've been getting this E02018 error since I downloaded the game. Bns Support doesn't work, I submitted a ticket already and so far nothing yet. I have Windows 8 (64 bit). My bestfriend got the download on the first try. For me, I have to uninstall re-install because the Updater gets stuck on random numbers. Please help me. I googled the error and All the information didnt work for the update at all. I Ran as admin, I allowed it through my firewall, turned off my firewall and turned off my Antivirus.
