WASD movements aren't working!!

Character doesn't move when using the WASD keys, but when my friend uses the "Shift + W" or "Double-Tap W", she can hear the character grunt and her stamina goes down without moving her character. Keybinding the movements to other keys doesn't work and still gets the same results other than on the "ARROW" keys.  Help ASAP.

This is exactly what is happening to me as well. The game registers anything except movement keys. In my case using shift-F2 allows movement via mouse but when I turn the mode back via Shift-F2 I still cannot use keybindings (default WASD) to move. I cannot move even if I change the movement keys via options. I can also hear the character grunt and run when I sprint and stamina decreases.

Hi all, my best guess for you on this would be to repair you game client files and see if that helps. If it doesn't, please put in a Support Ticket.
