Crashes after teleporting to city or dungeon

So what title says, my laptrap is crashing everytime i go into a dungeon or a city, i get no error message, it just closes, now i dont any razor chroma products or something, and my laptop doesnt overheat either. plz helpperoni

i think its becuase of  a laptop cause i have a desktop and i didnt get those crashes

same problem here and after i get kicked out of game now i need to w8 20 mins to play again ... ok is a crash i can leave with it but keep a place for me in game if i get kicked... for 5-10 mins... ( if i don't choose log out / quit )

Im having a similar issue but it seems to crash everytime i go from a solo area to a public area. I agree about keeping a spot available for those who's games crash as im am having to wait 40mins or more just to go back in and for the same issue to happen. I myself am using a desktop but i do have razer chroma mouse and i didnt know that effect the game.

i have same problem, is not all time but are very frecuently

Same issue, crashed, waited nearly 5hrs in queue, crashed again after 15mins, so in queue again....
