Shortcut doesn´t work

I already install the game through BnS_Lite_Installer, then i tried to start the launcher with the BnS shortcut but really nothing happens. no errors, absolutely nothing
someone can help please and tell me if there's a solution?? (i repeat.. the problem is with the shortcut to start the launcher and start to download the game, but nothing happens)

I have: Windows 8... i tried all compatibility options.. and i already check the destiny route and all is ok.
if i execute the game directly from the NCLauncher i got an error E03001

I want to play, somebody help me please :(
