First Hacker?

I dont know just thought i should report it. We went on a dungeon through the crosserver, we were lowbies at lvl 20-22. He was 45, he was afk the whole time,not inside the dungeon and by the time we reached the final boss it was dead by him,he was already out too. How did he go from start to the end of the boss? 

 

His name was xNatsu , i was playing from ebon hall although i dont think it matters since it was a crosserver party.

 

Im sorry if there is a mechanic im missing here,i started just yesterday.
