huge lag only in cross server

Hello,

as the title say I have a serious problem of lag only when I join the cross server dungeon mode. I have low ping in dungeon joined from the site, quest and even arenas but when I go in cross server dungeon I don't manage to land a single hit. I asked to my team if they had lag too , and asked in faction chat the same but in both cases it appear to be just a my problem and no one else have noticed it. 

I have no clue about why it happen, any help would be greatly appreciated. What can I do to fix it?

p.s. for the ones that noticed the problem with asus I don't have asusgameFirstService in my services (so I guess the problem is different from that).

It happens to every one, but there is no answer in any topic related to cross server lag.
