Problems after few minutes HELPS PLEASE!!!!

hi, I have a problem when playing Blade and Soul, after a few minutes, my computer crashes

  hangs a color screen, pink, blue or black, can someone help me solve this problem please ?? !!!

My Computer: coreI5 processor, graphics card GTX750 8 GIGA RAM ROG G20 A.S.U.S 
win 8.1

Hey, Blade and Soul is having problems with ASUS computers.  Check out this link.  Hope it helps.

but I dont find  "ASUSGameFirstService" ... thank you anyway!!!

You may have missed the extra line, that service goes by other names.  Also look for:

This service may also be displayed as "cFosSpeed" "XFast LAN" or "Gigabyte Speed"

Thanks this is really helpful > but i found the line name is (GamesAppService) 

 

i disabled the startup type and every thing goes Ok in the game
