Cannot launch BnS for second day in a row.

Please help, I've re-downloaded the game twice already with no improvement.

 

I'll go through the download & install phase just fine, no issues. When I launch the game the dragon icon will appear and just stay there, nothing else would happen. The little "File Repair" window appears and when I press File Repair it loads through everything and supposedly repairs the file, but then when I relaunch the same thing. It just sits and does nothing.

 

No error message or code, it just sits there and doesn't load.
