Launcher wont start (E03001)

I've installed this game multiple times but this problem reoccurs. Launcher gives error code at execution.

 

 

How do i fix this?

I had same issue, go to task manager and try to find "updater" or "update" something like that,force close that and it should run again.

I had this issue, tried a couple of stuff like reparing,adding it to safe list on antivirus,refreshing internet protocol etc etc, but the thing that made it work (finally) for me was a simple re-installation.
Control panel > Programs > Uninstall a program > Look up BNS & uninstall.
Once that's done then download the installer from the site over again, run that & install & patch, it should all go faster now than the first days to patch/download so I recommend you doing that. Hope it helps out.

still doesnt fix it for me. I uninstalled ncsoft laucher and restarted.Delete the  old, Reisnstalled game client  and stil get the same error.

Plz help.
